After that, Dante, Juan Manuel, Martha and Ligia as Exchange, External Relations, Finances and Alumni Directors.. and Finally with Sergej as Information Systems Director, we finally were COMPLETE!!
A Skype conversation was the first time MC TEAM 0708 had contact!! Funny Comments (One for example JuanMa saying he knows cook, sergej ask him "..what do you know cook?."... and he answer.. "Quesadillas and... no more" :D) and sharing Expectatives!!.. Feeling us Excited because we knew soon we will become in A TEAM!Afterwards we did "Belbin Test" to start to build our TEAM.. and Octavio sent us our Agenda for transition :)...
In June we started with individual transition..... Some Meetings virtual and another ones physical!!! during those weeks arrived at DF Dante from Juarez and Mariana from Guadalajara!
And then TEAM TRANSITION... When Ligia from Colombia and Sergej from Latvia arrived!
and Finally amazing first moments arrived!!

Now we want to share with all of you about our experience, because a MC Experience, YOU HAVE TO LIVE IT!!!

I remember when I received one mail from Octavio... I had been waiting the notice about by application all the day and one Friend moments before told me, Don't worry Ligia, if you are elected they will call you, if not, they will send you a mail... and I arrived alone to my flat, opened my laptop, opened my outlook, and then... New e-mail from Octavio Soto.. I just took a breath... and said.. ok, The things happen for one reason, so.. no problem.. I read the mail and at the beginning he said.. thanks for your application.. bla bla bla... and when I thought the mail was over... he finally said.. You are elected as MC AIESEC in México ALUMNI DIRECTOR.. I scream, jump... and then I could call to my Family and friends.. was a really cool moment, I really wanted to be here!!! :D
It was Saturday 10/3/07 5:17 p.m.! :P
